Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before Services Begin

If an engagement is cancelled before agreed services or preparation have begun, refund eligibility will be determined according to the applicable engagement terms.

After Work Has Begun

Once preparation, consultation, communication or advisory work has begun, fees attributable to services already provided are generally non-refundable.

Ongoing Engagements

For ongoing support, any applicable refund consideration will take into account services already provided, time and availability already committed, and any specific written terms agreed before payment.

If We Cannot Provide the Agreed Service

If Global Insight Consulting LLC is unable to provide an agreed service, any applicable unused portion of the service fee may be refunded.
