Services are available only to adults aged 18 or older. By requesting a consultation, the client confirms that they meet this requirement and can enter into an agreement for the service.
We provide educational, informational, coaching-based and non-clinical consultation. Services may include structured listening, communication education, personal-development support, written information and independent decision-support. We do not provide any regulated professional service requiring a license that we do not hold.
Our published rates are: written consultation at USD $1 per completed minute; voice consultation at USD $2 per completed minute; video consultation at USD $3 per completed minute; structured personal-development consultation with a session summary at USD $5 per completed minute; and senior-advisor or executive decision-support consultation at USD $10 per completed minute.
The applicable service format and fixed per-minute rate are displayed and confirmed before the consultation starts. The rate does not change during the session.
Billing is based only on consultation time actually completed. The service record may include the consultation date, service type, start time, end time, completed duration, applicable rate and total amount due. Time not provided is not billable.
We do not require a deposit or sell prepaid consultation packages. There is no subscription or automatic billing. After the consultation ends, the client receives an itemized service record and a secure invoice for the completed time. The client actively completes payment using an approved payment method.
Clients should review the service record and contact us promptly if the service type, rate, duration or total appears incorrect. We may review session timing, communications, client confirmations, invoices and payment records to resolve a question.
Because payment is requested only after a consultation has been completed, a client may cancel before the session starts without a consultation charge. Any separate third-party cost would require the client's express written agreement before it is incurred.
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Duplicate charges, an incorrect agreed rate, a minute-calculation error, or billing for consultation time not provided will be investigated and corrected when verified. Completed consultation time billed at the confirmed rate is generally non-refundable except where required by law.
We provide time, attention, structured reflection, educational guidance and an independent perspective. No specific personal, relationship, career, business, health, financial or other outcome is promised or guaranteed. Clients remain responsible for their decisions and actions.
Our services are not emergency or crisis services and are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, legal or financial care. Anyone experiencing an immediate medical, psychological or safety emergency should contact an appropriate local emergency service or qualified licensed professional.
